Saurabh Hinduja

Saurabh Hinduja is a Senior AI Research Scientist at CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc., with a PhD in Computer Science from the University of South Florida. His research spans computer vision, sentiment analysis, affective computing, and rigorous evaluation methodology for multimodal deep learning. He is a first-author at CVPR 2026 on robust facial action unit evaluation, Senior Program Committee member for ACII 2026, and Demo Chair for IEEE FG 2025. He completed his Postdoctoral research at the University of Pittsburgh and continues collaborative research with Baylor College of Medicine on multimodal biomarkers for OCD and deep brain stimulation. He is part of interdisciplinary and inter-institutional efforts to develop advanced methods of automatic analysis of facial expression and prosody, applied to research in human emotion, social development, nonverbal communication, psychopathology, and biomedicine. Research has been supported by grants from the U.S. National Institutes of Health and the National Science Foundation.
